These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between Sapanca Guide (the "Site"), published at https://sapancaguide.com/, and any person visiting or using the Site (the "User"). The Site is operated by GEZİVALİZİ TURİZM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (the "Company"). By using the Site you are deemed to have accepted these Terms; if you do not accept them, you should not use the Site.
Sapanca Guide is a guide and directory platform that provides information (photographs, descriptions, contact details, location, price range, etc.) about accommodation businesses (hotels, bungalows, villas), restaurants and activity/service providers in the Sapanca region. The Company operates as a travel agency licensed by TÜRSAB.
If a User is interested in a listed business, the reservation and payment process is completed directly with that business; the Site is not a party to that process and is not a payment intermediary — it only provides information and referral.
The business information on the Site (prices, availability, photographs, descriptions) is provided and updated by the businesses themselves. Sapanca Guide does not guarantee the accuracy, currency or completeness of this information; we recommend confirming details with the business before booking or purchasing.
Infrastructure exists to allow business owners to purchase paid listing packages and gain greater visibility on the Site; this feature is not currently active or on sale. When the feature is activated, this section and the relevant provisions of the Refund Policy will be updated and come into force, and users and businesses will be informed in advance.
While using the Site you agree to refrain from the following:
The design, software, logo and editorial content of the Site (excluding information supplied by businesses) belong to the Company or its licensors. Use of the Site does not create any ownership right over these elements.
The Site may direct you to third-party communication channels such as WhatsApp. Those third-party services are subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies; the Company is not responsible for their content.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". The Company does not guarantee that the Site will operate uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Site or from relationships established with listed businesses.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users or businesses that breach these Terms.
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page; reasonable notice will be attempted for material changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Execution Offices of Sakarya (Serdivan) have jurisdiction over disputes; statutory provisions on the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in disputes arising from consumer transactions are reserved.
