About Sapanca Cable Car
Sapanca is a touristic place that attracts local and foreign tourists every season with its natural beauties.
The district is becoming even more attractive with the cable car project built in Kırkpınar Neighborhood, which aims to increase its tourism potential.
While the lower station of the cable car is located in Kırkpınar Hasanpaşa District, the upper station is located in Mahmudiye District.
In the promenade area near the upper station there are Bungalows, cafeteria, restaurant, ATV safari, walking areas, etc. are available.
The cable car, which opened on June 21st, offers an exciting new activity for
Sapanca. The cable car consists of a total of 2 stations, 9 poles, and
36 cabins. The cable car, which has been opened for service, has been made available for public use along with ticket sales. The cable car line, with its 1,450 meters length and 400 meters height, offers visitors the opportunity to observe the magnificent view of Sapanca panoramically.
Visitors can enjoy the view by taking an unforgettable 1500-meter journey intertwined with shades of green and blue with the cable car.
Sapanca Cable Car Fares
The fees announced for the cable car service where you can enjoy the view of Sapanca are as follows;
Student: Round Trip 200₺
Civilian: Round Trip 250₺
*0-6 years old is free.
Students of all schools across Turkey must show their student ID cards with the relevant year banderol to benefit from the discounted price.
For students of schools that do not have banderol application, it is mandatory to show the cashier a document issued and signed by the student affairs office or a document showing the university entrance and graduation years on the ID card.
Students studying abroad or coming from foreign countries are required to show their International Student Identity Card or an internationally valid student card to benefit from the discounted price.
There is an obligation to present a disability certificate. Companions of passengers with a disability level above 50% can also purchase discounted tickets.
Also Veterans, spouses of veterans, and first-degree relatives of martyrs is free.

Family Cabin: Cable car cabins normally require 8 people to board.
However, if you want to have a special experience with your family and loved ones, you can use the cabins only with your family.

On the ground floor of Sapanca Cable Car station, you can find various options for Sapanca souvenirs such as chocolates, Turkish delight, honey, scented soaps, and clothes.
Parking: At the entrance of Sapanca Kırkpınar station, there is a parking lot where you can park your vehicles.
For those who want to visit the cable car closely, the parking lot is free for the first 20 minutes, after 20 minutes it is subject to a fee.
Info Desk: You can visit the information desk at the entrance of the cable car building to get general information about the cable car and get detailed information about prices.
